"I feel a deep gratitude to Timothy"
I feel a deep gratitude to Timothy for his humanity and kindness to me when I was in very difficult straits. I was living in Bali, Indonesia, on the rental of my house in Jago Bay. Suddenly I heard my tenants were vacating, and therefore, my income eliminated. My house was in need of expensive repairs, though its market value had doubled since I'd purchased it three years ago, and so I decided to sell it. While my savings had dwindled to nothing in a foreign country, I wasted desperate months waiting for another realtor that I had engaged to come through with a sale. Finally, I turned the sale of my home over to Timothy, and within a matter of weeks, he found me a buyer and handled all the negotiations necessary to make the sale of my wonderful house even with major roof and septic system problems.
Of course, the closing of a house takes time, and would come only long after the end of my funds. When Timothy saw how difficult things were for me, he immediately offered me a loan, so that I might live with dignity until the closing of my house. For this, I will be
forever grateful.
When I did receive the funds from the sale of my house and was looking for a place in which to invest them, Timothy Toye assisted me in finding homesites that should show a very lucrative return for me. Without his generosity and professional acumenI know I wouldn't be living peacefully in Paradise today. Thanks Timothy!!
