This is provided free by the company along with professional photography for your personal profile images when you join and every two years.

www.findlakecountyhomes.com is the best MLS public search site in Lake County. It is advertized through Google with keywords and it generates around 20 buyer leads per agent per month, in addition to the leads that come in off the team website.

- Buyer Database

We have a database of over 2000 buyer leads that is at your disposal. We'll even email them your listings for you. You can also develop your individual mailing lists.

- Competitive Commission Rates

We don’t pay anything off the top to some national franchise with a fancy name that does nothing for us. We are a local company, and this allows for more investment in providing better service to our clients and more services to our team members. The commission rates reward productivity and go up to 89%.

- Administrative Support

When anyone calls us during normal business hours, a real person, one of our reception staff, answers the phone. We have administrative support, so that our agents don’t have to play receptionist, and can concentrate on working with their clients. We also have a full-time escrow coordinator so that the paperwork burden is taken off the backs of our agents.

- Property Management Department

We believe it is essential that we are able to offer a property management service as an adjunct to our sales department. If a seller is not ready to sell, but would like to consider renting, we refer them to our property management department. If they use our service here, we get rewarded, and then when they are ready to sell, we get their listing.
